The DCSD Middle School Soccer County Championships get underway on Friday (4/28) with four semifinal games.
The 2023 DCSD Middle School soccer regular season ended last weekend and the County Championship Tournament gets underway tomorrow (Friday, 4/28) with eight teams participating.
Girls’ semifinal action begins at 5:30 pm at Adams Stadium as No. 3 seed Peachtree (4-1) meets No. 2 seed Henderson (5-1) for one berth in the championship round.
No. 4 seed Tucker (4-1) takes on No. 1 seed Chamblee (5-0) at 7:00 pm at Adams for the final girls’ championship round berth.
The boys’ semifinals are set for a doubleheader at Hallford Stadium on Friday. The opening game features No. 4 Sequoyah (4-1-1) goes against No. 1 seed Tucker (6-0) in the 5:30 pm match.
No. 3 Peachtree (4-1-1) and No. 2 seed Chamblee (6-0) clash in the 7:00 pm match.
The Championship games are set for Monday (May 1) at Hallford Stadium. The two girls’ winners play at 5:30 pm followed by the boys’ winners at 7:00 pm.
