Title IV-A will be applying for the Ed-Flex Waiver for the FY22 school year. This waiver will allow the school district to expend funds in three areas to meet the needs of the district and requested needs of identified private schools. The areas include (WR-Well-Rounded, SH-Safe and Healthy, ET-Effective use of Technology). One or more of the focus areas expenditure minimum requirements may exceed what should be spent-based on the identified needs. The waiver will allow Title IV-A to continue with this spending pattern without district penalty.
