Public Review of the Instructional Resources for
Visual & Performing Arts and Music
Beginning June 9, 2022, the instructional resources for visual and performing arts (visual arts, photography, drama, and ceramics) and music (chorus, orchestra, general music, and music appreciation) will be on display for community review. Parents, teachers, and lay citizens are invited to explore the resources being considered for students and teachers.
In order to create a powerful community of critical thinkers and resources to support teaching and learning across the district, stakeholders throughout the district will have the opportunity to review resources. Instructional resources will include print and non-print (digital) materials aligned to the Georgia Standards of Excellence.
All stakeholders are invited to review the resources and provide valuable feedback on the alignment and quality of instructional materials and resources for teachers and students. Surveys will be made available onsite throughout the public review to provide feedback on the resources.
