Eleven DeKalb County School District (DCSD) high schools were named 2021 Advanced Placement (AP) Honor Schools. This honor was announced by State School Superintendent Richard Woods on Feb. 24.

AP classes offer students the opportunity to learn college-level content while in high school and take AP exams administered by the College Board. Students earning scores of 3, 4, and 5 may be eligible to receive college credit.

Georgia high schools whose AP programs have excelled in eight different categories can be selected as AP Honor Schools. Congratulations are extended to the following DCSD high schools recognized as 2021 AP Honor Schools in different categories:
