STONE MOUNTAIN, GA – The public is invited to one DeKalb County School District (DCSD) high school for a day filled with fun, excitement and math-oriented learning.
Tucker High School—located at 5036 Lavista Road—will host the DCSD Title I Math Carnival on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. The event will feature hands-on activities and experiences that help enhance mathematics in students.
Participants are welcome to play math bingo, enjoy a LEGO-themed area called LEGO Mania, help build race cars, visit Estimation Station, or try to make it through a math-themed obstacle course. The event will also feature carnival-themed food and beverages as well as opportunities for prizes.
