Here are a few key elements that are incorporated into our program:

1. Fitness Challenges

  • Organizing fitness challenges or competitions to motivate individuals to stay active. Tracking and rewarding participants for achieving fitness milestones.
  • Creating a supportive environment that promotes physical well-being.
  • T.H.R.I.V.E. Lounges & Relaxation Rooms – spaces to rest the mind & body.

2. Workplace Fitness Programs

  • Provide and encouraging on-site fitness programs and access to fitness facilities.
  • Incorporating physical activities into the workday, such as standing desks, stretching breaks, and chair yoga classes.
  • Discounted Gym Memberships through LA Fitness

3. Health Screenings

  • Conducting regular health screenings to assess key indicators such as blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and body mass index (BMI).
  • Encouraging individuals to engage in preventive health measures, such as vaccinations, and regular dental & physical check-ups.
