Participants

  • Participants using websites to present a project CLICK HERE to register the website link by Friday, January 10, 2020.
  • Participants can register as an individual or a team. A team will consist of two (2) people.
  • Participants can only enter one (1) project in the Technology Fair.
  • ONLY REGISTERED participants will be allowed to compete in the Technology Fair.
  • Check your email regularly for updates regarding the Technology Fair.
  • Confirm any technology needs for participation in the Technology Fair with your Teacher/Sponsor. (i.e. drives, cables, devices, chargers, etc.)
  • Participants are responsible for bringing devices, accessories, and all necessary items needed to compete in the Technology Fair.
  • Complete and test the project prior to the date of the Technology Fair.
  • If participants are on a team, test and complete the project as a team prior to the date of the Technology Fair.

  • Teacher/Sponsors and/or Parent/Guardian will notify participants of scheduled judging times prior to the Technology Fair.
  • Participants are responsible for bringing devices, accessories, and all necessary items needed to compete in the Technology Fair.
  • A Teacher/Sponsor OR Parent/Guardian will need to attend the event with their participant. Participants cannot be dropped-off.
  • Arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the assigned judging time frame.
  • Arrive no more than 15 minutes late to participate.
  • Judging will take place for a maximum of 15 minutes.

  • After participants are judged, they will be guided to Techpolooza and be paired with Teacher/Sponsors /or Parent/Guardian prior to exiting.
  • Participants are REQUIRED to be checked out by the Teacher/Sponsor or Parent/Guardian who checked the participant into the Technology Fair.
  • First, second, and third place winners of the Technology Fair will be announced and communicated prior to the State Technology Competition.
