Technology Fair Vision Statement:
To promote technology skills through competition with the goal of challenging students to become digital leaders in the 21st Century.
The DeKalb County School District Technology Fair was started in 2001 by Sherry Nix and Gayle Esposito of the Instructional Technology Department to highlight various technology projects from students throughout the county.
The DeKalb Technology Fair provides great ways to highlight students’ technology knowledge. Students are able to demonstrate creativity and practice their presentation skills while receiving constructive feedback from judges. First Place winners in the competition qualify to participate in the annual State Technology Fair.
