Staff Advisory Council

The DeKalb County School District's Superintendent’s Staff Advisory Council is a representative group of employees who work directly with district leadership and the Superintendent to provide staff perspectives, share expertise, and advocate for the needs of employees across the district. The council serves as a bridge between staff and leadership, fostering communication, collaboration, and engagement while offering recommendations that support a positive work environment and strengthen district initiatives. The advisory is made up of employees who work in maintenance,  transportation, teaching, and support staff.
