School Choice

Hours of Operation:

**Reserve your appointment online starting 12/3/2018.  Appointments can be reserved for January 7, 2019 through February 8, 2019,  Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., except on holidays.

Appointment Guidelines:

• School Choice:  Appointments only – No walk-ins.
  • Make appointment at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time.
  • Have ALL documents available – See required documents list on website /school-choice/
  • Walk-ins will be served with an appointment only.
  • Click “Next“to select a different appointment time slot.
