Registration now open for summer enrichment program for gifted students.

Registration has opened for the Serendipity Summer Enrichment Program, a learning opportunity for identified gifted students in the DeKalb County School District (DCSD).

Serendipity is offered to gifted students in grades 1 -6. The goal of the summer program is to provide extended enrichment beyond the traditional class schedule.

The program will take place daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., June 12 through June 15, at Stone Mountain Middle School, 4301 Sarr Parkway, Stone Mountain, Ga. 30083.

The registration fee of $200 covers instructional program services and materials. Registration fees can be dropped off or mailed to DCSD, 1701 Mountain Industrial Blvd., Stone Mountain, Ga. 30083.

Breakfast and lunch will be served each day; sack lunches are welcomed. Parents must transport students to and from the program each day.
