Dear DCSD Parents and Students:

The great Maya Angelou famously said, “You can’t really know where you are going until you know where you have been.” These powerful words remind us that progress requires a candid assessment of where you are and how you got there.

As our Disrupting for Excellence initiative continues, we remain keenly focused on understanding our current position, the path that brought us here, and how best to move forward. That’s how we’ll be better equipped to shape a brighter future for our students. Our unmistakable objective is to elevate the educational experience for every child, supporting their academic, social, emotional, and physical growth. –> Read More

Yes, there have been some initial concerns, but I am confident that with our staff’s unwavering dedication and “can-do” attitude, we will continually improve in these areas. These employees are working hard every day to ensure the safe transportation of our students and the security of our schools….–> Read More
