Leadership Development
The Department of Leadership Development supports current and aspiring leaders across the DeKalb County School District by providing targeted professional learning, coaching, and resources. Through a comprehensive approach to leadership growth at every level—teacher leaders, assistant principals, principals, and district administrators—the department ensures that all leaders are equipped to drive student success and organizational excellence.
