Exceptional Education

The Exceptional Education team handles the investigation, negotiation and resolution of claims related to the failure to provide students with disabilities a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). To support this work, the team monitors compliance with federal and state regulations and offers legal guidance, training, and support in all aspects of complaint prevention and resolution.
