Most employees complete the survey in 10 to 15 minutes. The survey is designed to be easily accessible and straightforward to complete on any device.

Yes. All responses are strictly confidential and reported by Gallup, not DCSD. Individual responses are never shared. Leaders receive only group-level summaries, ensuring anonymity while providing valuable insights for improvement.
