Back to School Rally

To provide a better experience for all families, the 2026 DCSD Back-to-School Rally will use a staggered arrival process. This helps reduce wait times, improve traffic flow, and ensure participants receive services more efficiently.

Participants may choose one of the following registration windows:

• 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Families who arrive during their selected window will be directed to their designated registration line and fast-tracked through the process for a smoother experience.

No problem! If you arrive before your selected time, you will be directed to a waiting queue for your scheduled registration window. This helps maintain an organized flow for all participants.

Families who arrive after their selected registration window will be placed in a hold queue and assisted after participants currently scheduled for that time have been served.

This updated approach supports DCSD's commitment to stronger customer service, reduced congestion, shorter wait times, and a more organized experience for families and students.

No. Your selected window is your arrival time. Once you have checked in, you are welcome to continue participating in rally activities and services.

Yes. A sensory-friendly quiet space will be available throughout the event for children who may benefit from a calm, low-stimulation environment. Families are welcome to use this space as needed to help ensure a comfortable and positive experience for all participants.
