You may apply to a maximum of five options total, including transfers, program options, and program schools.

• DeKalb Students (no additional documents needed)
• Non-DeKalb Students
  • Birth Certificate,
  • Spring 2025 Report Card, and
  • Proof of Residency (apartment/house lease or mortgage or current utility bill. Must be gas, electric, or water in the name of the owner/lessee).
