Stephenson opened the second half driving to the Tucker 22 using up 7:21 of the clock before turning the ball over on downs. Five minutes later Rickey Brown III scored from 12 yards out to push the lead to 14-0 on Fletcher’s second PAT.

A 47-yard screen pass to Brown set up Haynes for a quarterback sneak from a yard out with 5:11 to play in the first half to push the lead to 21-0 with Fletcher’s extra point.

Zachary Usher’s fumble recovery to stop a Bulldog drive at the Lions’ two-yard line set up another big play. Lockett was good on the PAT again to make it 28-0 at the half.

Haynes hit Colin White for 27 yards to the three to set up a second and goal from the five. Haynes then hit White again for the five-yard touchdown play and a 41-6 lead with 8:41 remaining in the third quarter.

Mt. Zion turned the ball over on downs on its next possession and it took just one play for the Lions to make it a 48-6 lead. Haynes threw down the right side 36 yards to Montavious Cook for the score. Fletcher’s PAT made the final margin of 48-6.

Antonio Kennon finished the night with three receptions for 150 yards and two touchdowns and Marcellius Lockett had six carries for 122 yards and a touchdown.
